Resolution appointing Kristin Guild Interim Executive Director of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota.

WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul is overseen by an Executive Director; and
WHEREAS, the previous Executive Director of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority, Dr. Bruce Corrie, has resigned his position and it is necessary to appoint a new Executive Director; and
WHEREAS, the Executive Director of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority is the individual who is appointed and serves as the Director of the City of Saint Paul’s Department of Planning and Economic Development: and
WHEREAS, Kristin Guild was appointed the Interim Director of the Department of Planning and Economic Development effective August 16, 2019; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota hereby appoints Kristin Guild as the Interim Executive Director of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota effective August 16, 2019.
