WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Mark Lentsch to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1011 ARGYLE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal and allow the property to become a Category 1 Vacant Building if 1) security system is installed; 2) vehicle and snowmobiles removed; 3) yard maintained; 4) exposed exterior wiring removed; and 5) doors and windows are secured by normal means by August 23, 2019; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
