Amend the 2019 HRA Housing Trust Fund Project Financing Budget, Citywide
Body
WHEREAS, the HRA adopted the 2019 Housing Trust Fund (HTF) budget in the HRA Development Capital Projects Fund through resolution RES 18-2080; and
WHEREAS, financing for the HTF included a City loan, HRA sources, STAR Pay Go Economic Development funds, and Invest Saint Paul (ISP) funds, and
WHEREAS, the STAR Pay Go Economic Development and ISP funds must be used for capital related spending, and
WHEREAS, the 2019 HRA HTF project financing budgets need to be amended to reflect the appropriate financing for the projects; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota that the 2019 HRA Housing Trust Fund project financing budgets be amended, as shown in the attached financial analysis; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director and staff of the HRA are authorized and directed to take all actions needed to implement this resolution.
