Whereas ORD 19-15: Amending Chapter 4.04 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul to allow for cancellation of council meetings pursuant to a process outlined by ordinance, was adopted on April 24, 2019,

Now, therefore be it resolved the Saint Paul City Council is cancelling the November 27, 2019, December 25, 2019 and January 1, 2020 city council meetings.
