Authorizing the Police Department to enter into an agreement with Lexis Nexis that includes an indemnification clause.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Police Department requests authorization to enter into an on line services agreement with Lexis Nexis which includes an indemnification clause; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby authorizes Assistant Chief Robert Thomasser and the proper city officials to execute and implement the agreement with Lexis Nexis which includes an indemnification clause.
