WHEREAS on June 12, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 19-85 to delete the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2018. (File No. CG1901D4, Assessment No. 190066); and

WHEREAS, the property at 967 Iglehart Avenue, being described as: L.K. Stone’s Addition Lot 19, with the property identification number 35-29-23-34-0113 was assessed an amount of $110.49; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment because the property was vacant during that time period; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $110.49, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 19-85 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
