WHEREAS on June 12, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 19-60 to delete the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2018. (File No. CG1901D3, Assessment No. 190065); and
WHEREAS, the property at 729 Thomas Avenue, being described as: Lot 18 of CHUTE BROTHERS DIVISION, NO. 5 E 1O FT OF LOT 18 AND W 2O FT OF LOT 19, with the property identification number 35-29-23-11-0175 was assessed an amount of $9.61; and
WHEREAS, Department of Public Works staff recommends deleting the assessment due to a billing confusion; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $9.61, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 19-60 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
