Body

WHEREAS on April 17, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 19-18 to ratify the assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Registration fees billed during August 14 to November 20, 2018. (File No. VB1907, Assessment No. 198806); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1639 Beech Street, being described as: Weed and Halle’s Addition Lot 26 Blk 1, with the property identification number 34-29-22-12-0174 was assessed an amount of $2284.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the new owners were not notified; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $2284.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File Nos. RLH AR 19-18 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
