Amending Council File No. RLH AR 19-27 to delete the assessment for Collection of Fire Certificate of Occupancy Fees billed during October 15 to November 12, 2018 at 876 SMITH AVENUE SOUTH. (File No. CRT1907, Assessment No. 198206)

 

Body

WHEREAS on May 15, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 19-27 to ratify the assessment for Collection of Fire Certificate of Occupancy Fees billed during October 15 to November 12, 2018. (File No. CRT1907, Assessment No. 198206); and

 

WHEREAS, the property at 876 Smith Avenue South, being described as: Dawson’s Re of B53 Ban & Olive Ex N 35 Ft Lot 13 and Ex S 21 Ft Lot 14 Blk 53, with the property identification number 07-28-22-33-0191 was assessed an amount of $568; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as it was assessed in error.  Ramsey County had tied the parcel ID at 878 Smith Avenue to this property in error and will reassess to property at 878 Smith Avenue South; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $568.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File Nos. RLH AR 19-27 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
