Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 636 HALL AVENUE in Council File No. RLH RR 18-48.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 18-48 on December 12, 2018 which granted an extension for 180 days to abate the nuisance conditions at 636 Hall Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on June 11, 2019 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
