WHEREAS, on February 6, 2019, the Saint Paul City adopted Council File RES PH 19-2, said Resolution being the Resolution of Assessment for Replacement of Sanitary Sewer Line on Private Properties as requested by the Property Owner during the time period of July to September 2018. (File No. SWRP1901, Assessment No. 193000); and
WHEREAS, the property at 740 Bradley St, being described as: Stinson's Addition to the City of Saint Paul in the State of Minnesota, Lot 19 & Lot 22 BLK 15 with the property identification number 29-29-22-34-0156 was assessed an amount of $7,460.00 ; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Sewer Department recommends reducing the amount assessed to 740 Bradley Street by half, and assessing the 2nd half to 744 Bradley St, Parcel ID 29-29-22-34-0096 because the two properties share a common pipe connection to the city sewer and each owner requested the repair; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Council File RES PH 19-2 is hereby amended to assess the amounts equally between the two properties.
