Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Paid in full to Republic services on February 18, 2019

Staff Comments: After 90 days of non-payment, on 1/5/19, Republic Services turned over the delinquent balance to the City. Once the balance is turned over to the City, the property owner is responsible for paying the delinquent balance to the City. Any payment made to Republic Services after 1/5/19 was applied to the Quarter 1 2019 bill. The property owner essentially prepaid for your Quarter 1 2019 bill, but did not pay the Quarter 4 2018 bill. The property owner is responsible for paying the City now for the Quarter 4 2018 bill
