Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Property owner indicates that his property was purchased as a single family home but was registered as a duplex with Ramsey County.  He had the property reclassified in January to a single family home but he does not think that he should have to pay as a duplex for the 4th quarter.

Staff Comments: Property was classified as a duplex for the 4th Quarter and not reclassified until January.  The assessment amount is warranted.
