Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:
Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): I did not receive the bill. I paid $110.49 to the hauler in February.
Staff Comments: Republic Services sent the bill and notices of non-payment to the site address instead of the primary tax address listed in Ramsey County (1585 Ross Ave Saint Paul MN 55106-4230). The payment the property owner made in February was applied to the Quarter 1 2019 bill. Staff recommends removing the late fees on this assessment, since the bill was not sent to the correct address. The property owner should pay $96.08 for garbage service for 1 64-gallon Medium cart from October through December 2018.
