Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:
Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): I have spoken to Republic Services (twice now, in response to the notices received by the city). They have assured me that my account is in good standing and that I do not owe anything. They told me that this is an error. I have included copies of all of my statements and payment receipts. You can see that I have paid the full amount billed each month. I am in New Zealand and will not be returning to MN until July 8, 2019, so I cannot attend this hearing.
Staff Comments: According to the hauler the owner paid the Q4 2018 invoice late. The property owner is still responsible for this delinquent amount
