Amending the 2019 Financing and Spending Plans in the Library Agency Special Projects
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Public Library Agency will receive a donation of $9,897.00 from the Friends of the Saint Paul Public Library to be directed to the Perrie Jones Fund; and
WHEREAS, the money will be used to increase budgeted spending for travel; and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans for these monies has not been established; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.7.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $9,897.00 in excess of those estimated in the 2019 budget; now, therefore, be
RESOLVED, by the Library Board upon recommendation of the Mayor that $9,897.00 is available for appropriation and said 2019 budget, as heretofore adopted by the Library Board is hereby amended as indicated in the attached fiscal analysis form; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Library Board thanks the Friends for its generous gift.
