Purpose of Appeal: We need more time to decide what to do. We had an appointment w/Paula Seeley. She came out, didn't try to contact us. Yost and I were there. He even took off work. We found her card lying in the yard. We did not know anymore until we received letter late Thursday, 5/2. After living there for almost 20 yrs, 7 days is not enough. S.K.D.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Susan K. Drake and Yost J. Yost to a Notice of Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation & Order to Vacate at 920 FREMONT AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and require the property to be vacated by May 22, 2019; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
