Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 425 BRAINERD AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 19-4.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 19-4 on February 6, 2019 which extension was amended from March 1, 2019 to May 1, 2019 to abate the nuisance conditions at 425 Brainerd Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on May 7, 2019 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
