Approving adverse action against the Liquor On Sale - Sunday and Liquor On Sale - 100 Seats or Less licenses held by Gazta and Enhancement LLC, d/b/a Gazta and Enhancement (License ID #20180002846) at 928 7th Street.

WHEREAS, the Liquor on Sale-Sunday and Liquor On sale-100 seats or less licenses held by Gazta and Enhancement LLC d/b/a Gazta and Enhancement (License ID #20180002846) for the premises located 928 7th Street were the subject of a Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses dated April 18, 2019, stating the licensee failed to pay 2nd half Liquor on Sale-Sunday and Liquor On sale-100 seats or less licenses; and
WHEREAS, the licensing department recommended suspension of all licenses; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses to pay the delinquent license and late fees; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses stated that if the licensee failed to pay the delinquent license and late fees, request a public hearing or cancel the licenses by April 29, 2019, that the matter would be placed on the May 15, 2019 Council consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, Liquor on Sale-Sunday and Liquor On sale-100 seats or less licenses held by Gazta and Enhancement LLC d/b/a Gazta and Enhancement (License ID #20180002846) for the premises located 928 7th Street are hereby suspended.
FURTHER RESOLVED, the licenses will remain suspended until all delinquent licenses and late fees are paid to the Department of Safety and Inspections.
FINALLY RESOLVED, Failure to pay the delinquent license and late fees within Thirty (30) days will result in immediate suspension of all licenses.
