Body
WHEREAS, the Taxicab Service Company License held by I Care Cab LLC d/b/a Midwest Star Taxi (License ID# 20170004855) for the City of Saint Paul was the subject of a Notice of Intent to Suspend License (“Notice”) dated April 4, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Suspend License stated that the Licensee failed to pay delinquent license and late fees; and
WHEREAS, The Licensing department recommended license suspension; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Suspend License to pay the delinquent license and late fees; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Suspend License stated that if the licensee failed to pay the delinquent license and late fees by April 15, 2019, that the matter would be placed on the May 1, 2019 Council consent agenda; now therefore be it;
RESOLVED, the Taxicab Service Company License by I Care Cab LLC d/b/a Midwest Star Taxi (License ID# 20170004855) for the City of Saint Paul is hereby suspended for failure to pay the delinquent license and late fees; and
FINALLY RESOLVED, Failure to pay delinquent license and late fees within 30 days of the adoption of this resolution will result in immediate suspension of the license.
