Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:
Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Dear,
I am the new owner of this property and I just received a notice from St Paul City Council that i need to pay a bill ( $108.68) from October through December. The reason is I just closed this house in November 14, I also talked to Gens Disposal and made a payment as well from Nov 14 forward. May i have dispute for this bill?. Thank you
