Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): I should only have been charged for a medium sized trash can. I quested a medium size trash can when I submitted the initial postcard for the new trash service.  I was given a large can by mistake.  I contacted my city council office to have this corrected because neither the city or the new garbage hauler were responsive to my calls to correct the can size error.  I received the medium sized can prior to service starting with the new company in October.  When my first bill came, I was charged for a large can.  I paid the 96. 09 for the medium can instead of the $102.76 for the large can and I enclosed a note with the payment explaining why I was only paying 96.09.  I should not have to pay the delinquent $6.67 because the large can I was charged for was exchanged before service started in October.

Staff Comments: The assessment was issued in error. Staff recommends removing the charge.
