WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Robert Leibman to a Correction Notice at 27 ACKER STREET WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal of the St. Paul Legislative Code Chapters 357.05(i) and 34.08 and allow garbage containers to be stored on the boulevard, given the lack of any alley access or driveway serving property, as well as the geography of the property making it unsafe to transport containers up and down long series of exterior steps; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
