3. Authorization to designate Neighborhood Development Alliance (“NeDA”), as tentative developer of 605 & 617 Stryker Avenue and 604, 610 & 612 Winslow Avenue, Saint Paul, MN and waiver of the 45 day early notification under the Disposition Policy, District 3, Ward 2
Dr. Bruce Corrie, HRA Executive Director, shared that the many components of this project have finally come together. The selected developer, NeDA, is doing a lot of good work and this project will reach folks at 30% AMI and seniors, where there is a gap in housing.
Commissioner Noecker shared her excitement in this project and thanked staff and NeDA for their work on this project.
