Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works Capital Budget by transferring $135,000 in revenues into the 2018 Sidewalk Program.

WHEREAS, the 2018 Sidewalk Program included two infill sidewalk projects which were to be funded with $135,000 of assessments
Larpenteur from Galtier to Rice (50% Ramsey County funding)
Wheeler from University to Thomas
WHEREAS, assessments will no longer be used on these projects, so there is a need to transfer $135,000 CIB financing to the 2018 Sidewalk Program; and
WHEREAS, there is $34,509 available in 2016 CIB Contingency and $100,491 available in 2017 CIB Continency; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.4 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there is available for transfer of appropriation of funds of $135,000; now, therefore be it:
RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $135,000 is available for transfer of appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvements Budgets in the following particulars:
