WHEREAS, the May 1, 2018 - April 30, 2021 Labor Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 110 was approved by the City Council on September 26, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 110 have a tentative Memorandum of Agreement for the 2019 Wage and Fringe Adjustment that, once approved, shall be effective as of May 1, 2019 (or closest pay period); Now Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.03 (5), hereby approves and ratifies the attached Memorandum of Agreement for the 2019 Wage and Fringe Adjustment between the City of Saint Paul and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 110.
