WHEREAS on March 20, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 19-14, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during October 24 to November 20, 2018. (File No. J1905P, Assessment No. 198404); and
WHEREAS, the property at 2274 University Avenue West, being described as: Hewitts Out Lots Subj to Esmt; Nely 150 Ft Lying Sely of Nwly 50 Ft of Lot 81 & Nely 150 Ft Lyingnwly of Sely 87 Ft of Lot 82, with the property identification number 32-29-23-12-0030 was assessed an amount of $202.92; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because there has been a graffiti waiver on file since November 2, 2018;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $202.92, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 19-14 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
