WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Mark Kaehler, Property Restoration Management, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice and Fire Certificate of Occupancy Revocation at 1241 SIXTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Councill waive the vacant building fee for 90 days and to grant to April 1, 2019 to get Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
