Title

Appeal of Craig DiLorenzo to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 1114 JACKSON STREET.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, March 5, 2019, 2:30 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  I was planning to have all renovation completed in January but our electrician died and we have had difficulty getting another electrician in the house.  We should be completed and the house ready for inspection within the month.  I would like to have a two month delay into the registration renewal as we have been delayed from our final inspection by a breakin requiring repair and now our final electrical work being delayed due to a death.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  February 1, 2019

Inspector/Key Staff:  Mike Kalis

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Mai, we need clarity on Racquel's note on the appeal about the check being submitted to another office. -MM
