Title

Amending the spending budget for the Public Works Sewer Utility Fund and the Grant Fund related to the 2018 MCES Inflow and Infiltration Demonstration Project Grant. 

Body

WHEREAS, the Grant Agreement between Metropolitan Council and the City of Saint Paul, Public Works has been accepted per RES 18-1951 in the amount of $500,000 in grant monies; and

WHEREAS,  Public Works will be transferring $250,000 in 2019 and $250,000 in 2020 from the Sewer Utility Fund, Inflow and Infiltration budget as the $500,000 recipient match; and

WHEREAS, the resolution will also create the project budget of $750,000; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor, approves the amendments to the operating and grant fund budgets as detailed in the attached financial analysis.
