WHEREAS on February 20, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 19-1, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during September 24 to October 16, 2018. (File No. J1904P, Assessment No. 198403); and
WHEREAS, the property at 692 Charles Avenue, being described as: Chute Brothers Division No. 7 Addition to the City of St. Paul, Minn. Lot 4, with the property identification number 21-28-23-12-0042 was assessed an amount of $197.46; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because there has been a graffiti waiver on file;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $197.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 19-1 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
