WHEREAS on January 9, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 18-101, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up services during August 14 to 30, 2018. (File No. J1906A, Assessment No. 198505); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1216 Niles Avenue, being described as: SECTION 10 TOWN 28 RANGE 23 EX S 1O FT THE W 5O FT OF PART OF NE 1/4 OF SE 1/4 BOUNDED BY GRIGGS ST NILES AVE EDGCUMBE RD AND LEXINGTON PARK PLAT 3 IN SEC 10 TN 28 RN 23, with the property identification number 10-28-23-41-0095 was assessed an amount of $292.00; and
WHEREAS, the owner called the officer and requested for a review of the assessments; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed the file and recommends deleting this assessment since the two issues were written in one Summary Abatement Order but two work orders were issued and billed separately; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $292, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 18-101 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
