WHEREAS on January 9, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 18-88, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during June 20 to July 17, 2018. (File No. J1901P, Assessment No. 198400); and
WHEREAS, the property at 995 University Avenue West, being described as: University Subdivision of Lot 1, 2, 3 & 8 Hyde Park, Ramsey Co. Minn. Ex E 8 Ft Lot 13 and All of Lots 9 Thru Lot 12 Blk 2, with the property identification number 35-29-23-23-0092 was assessed an amount of $222.46; and
WHEREAS, the owner called and stated she had filed a graffiti waiver. A search of the record showed there was a graffiti waiver filed since February 16, 2018; therefore, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deletion of the assessment; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $222.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.
