WHEREAS, the Tree Trimmer & 1 Vehicle and Tree Trimmer-Each Additional Vehicle license application submitted by Urban Tree Service, LLC d/b/a Urban Tree & Landscape (License ID# 20180002413) for the City of Saint Paul were the subject of a Notice of Intent to Deny Licenses dated February 7, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the Notice stated the licensee failed to submit payment of the outstanding $157.00 license fee and obtain inspection approval for the two (2) vehicles to be used in the operation of the business; and
WHEREAS, the applicant did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Deny Licenses to pay the outstanding $157.00 license fee and obtain inspection approval for the two (2) vehicles to be used in the operation of the business, request a public hearing or withdraw the license application; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Deny Licenses stated that if the licensee failed to pay the outstanding $157.00 license fee and obtain inspection approval for the two (2) vehicles to be used in the operation of the business, request a public hearing or withdraw the license application by February 18, 2019 that the matter would be placed on the March 6, 2019 City Council consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Tree Trimmer & 1 Vehicle and Tree Trimmer - Each Additional Vehicle license applications submitted by Urban Tree Service, LLC d/b/a Urban Tree & Landscape (License ID# 20180002413) for the City of Saint Paul are hereby denied.
