Authorizing the Fire Department to accept the donation of 235 stuffed animals valued at $1,175 from the Lakeville PetSmart.

WHEREAS, the Lakeville PetSmart has offered to donate 235 stuffed animals valued at $1,175 to the Saint Paul Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Department would like to accept this donation of the stuffed animals from PetSmart; and
WHEREAS, the public purpose of this donation is to have the stuffed animals to provide comfort for children who ride in ambulances; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council accepts this donation of 235 stuffed animals from the Lakeville PetSmart and thanks PetSmart for its generous gift.
