WHEREAS, the Police Department is requesting for the designation of Todd Axtell, Chief of Police, and Robert Thomasser, Assistant Chief of Police, as authorized signers for police department contracts pursuant to Sec. 86.01 of the City Charter; and
BE IT ORDERED, that Chief Todd Axtell and Assistant Chief Robert Thomasser be designated as the authorized signers for contracts made in the name of the City of Saint Paul for the police department.
