RESOLVED, that based upon receipt of the Settlement Agreement signed by Plaintiff First Lutheran Church in the case entitled First Lutheran Church and the City of St. Paul, said Settlement is hereby approved by the Saint Paul City Council. This represents full and final settlement of Plaintiff’s claims in First Lutheran Church v. City of St. Paul, with the exclusion of First Lutheran Church’s claim for attorneys’ fees and costs which will be presented by First Lutheran Church in a Motion to the Federal Court.
