WHEREAS, Minnesota Soccer Sportservice, LLC d/b/a Minnesota Soccer Sportservice, LLC (License ID #20180004243) applied for a Liquor On Sale-291 or more Seats, a Liquor On Sale-Sunday, a Liquor Catering (State Cater/City Liq) and an Entertainment (B) license for the premises located at 400 Snelling Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, no petition of support was required for the Entertainment (B) license since there are no residential uses within three-hundred fifty (350) feet of the area to be licensed; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the approval of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor On Sale-291 or more Seats, a Liquor On Sale-Sunday, a Liquor Catering (State Cater/City Liq) and an Entertainment (B) license are hereby approved and issued to Minnesota Soccer Sportservice LLC, d/b/a Minnesota Soccer Sportservice, LLC (License ID #20180004243) with the following condition:
1. The sale, service, display and/or consumption of alcohol shall be limited to the licensed premises area as per the approved plan on-file with the Department of Safety and Inspections (DSI). Any service outside the approved area requires prior written approval and additional licensing form DSI.
