Approving a waiver of the 45-day notice requirement to issue Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Entertainment (A) licenses with conditions to Pimento Incorporated, d/b/a Pimento Jamaican Kitchen (License ID #20180004365) at 928 - 7th Street West, Suite #104.

WHEREAS, Pimento Incorporated d/b/a Pimento Jamaican Kitchen (License ID #20180004365) applied for a Liquor On Sale 100 seats or less, a Liquor On Sale-Sunday and an Entertainment (A) license for the premises located at 928 - 7th Street West, Suite #104; and
WHEREAS, the licensee requested a waiver of the 45-day notification waiting period for approval of the above-mentioned licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received a letter from the West 7th/Fort Road Federation on December 28, 2018 in support of a waiver of the 45-day notice requirement and approval of the Liquor On Sale 100 seats or less, Liquor On Sale-Sunday and Entertainment (A) licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the waiver of the 45-day notice requirement and issuance of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of a waiver of the 45-day notice requirement and approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a waiver of the 45-day notice requirement is granted and the Liquor On Sale 100 seats or less, a Liquor On Sale-Sunday and Entertainment (A) licenses are hereby issued to Pimento Incorporated d/b/a Pimento Jamaican Kitchen (License ID #20180004365) for the premises located at 928 - 7th Street West, Suite #104 in Saint Paul with the following conditions:
1. All sales, display and/or consumption of alcohol under this license shall remain within the licensed service area, which is the separately defined indoor seating area and kitchen space supporting this use that shall be compact and contiguous with each other, as shown on the a...
