Title

Approving the revised Wage and Benefit Policy for Non-Represented Management and Legislative Personnel.

Body

Whereas, the Wage and Benefit Policy for Non-Represented Management and Legislative Personnel was most recently adopted by the Council of the City of the Saint Paul on October 25, 2017 by Resolution 17-1660; and

Whereas, the Department of Human Resources made revision to the Wage and Benefit Policy for Non-Represented Management and Legislative Personnel to add clarity to the benefits provided therein; now therefore, be it  

RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5), that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves and ratifies the attached revised Wage and Benefit Policy for Non-Represented Management and Legislative Personnel which was previously adopted by the Council of the City of the Saint Paul on October 25, 2017 by Resolution
