Approving the Mayor’s appointment of Jaime Tincher to the Visit Saint Paul Board of Directors.

WHEREAS, the Article IV, Section 1 of the bylaws of Visit Saint Paul states that the Board of Directors shall include ten “mayoral directors” designated by the Mayor of the City of Saint Paul with the approval of the members of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Visit Saint Paul board of directors due to Seun Alyese completing his term on December 31, 2017; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Carter wishes to appoint Jaime Tincher to the Visit Saint Paul board of directors to a term ending on December 31, 2023; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council consents to the appointment of Jaime Tincher to a term ending December 31, 2023 as a member of the Visit Saint Paul board of directors.
