WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Michael Buelow to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 947 MINNEHAHA AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the Vacant Building fee for 90 days; grant to February 1, 2019 to remove 50% of the wall in order to make the room a legal bedroom to come into compliance with the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Orders per the plan submitted in the hearing; and if in compliance, Fire Certificate of  Occupancy will be reinstated and the property will be released from the Vacant Building Program; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
