RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to Thomas Mark Conrin and the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 the total sum of fifteen thousand dollars and no cents ($15,000.00) payable to Elisabeth Anne Slattery and her attorney, Marcus Gatto, Swor & Gatto, P.A., in full and final settlement of all claims of Elisabeth Anne Slattery in Elisabeth Anne Slattery v. Thomas Mark Conrin and City of St. Paul, that are as a result of an accident on or about June 25, 2015, at or near Shepard Road and Chestnut Street, in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
