Establishing the rate of pay for the new classification of Water Distribution Field Supervisor in Grade 044 of EG 10, M&M Supervisors.

WHEREAS, a new classification of Water Distribution Field Supervisor was created; and
WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources completed an organizational design study for the position of Water Distribution Field Supervisor; and
WHEREAS, the results of the study instruct that the rate of pay for Water Distribution Field Supervisor be established at the rate set forth in Grade 044 of Employee Group 10, Manual and Maintenance Supervisors Association Salary Schedule; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3 (5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the new classification of Water Distribution Field Supervisor be established at the rate set forth in Grade 044 of Employee Group 10, Manual and Maintenance Supervisors Association Salary Schedule, and that this resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period following its passage and approval.
