WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 18-1689 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of August 1 to August 14, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 9, 2019 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter and Chapter 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the following amendments which are considered separately:
RLH TA 18-659: 1373 Arkwright Street;
RLH TA 18-658: 59 Battle Creedk Place;
RLH TA 18-644: 1847 Englewood Avenue;
RLH TA 18-660: 1232 Galtier Street;
RLH TA 18-649: 383 Geranium Avenue East;
RLH TA 18-640: 557 Gorman Avenue;
RLH TA 18-650: 771 Howell Street North;
RLH TA 18-661: 1529 Iglehart Avenue;
RLH TA 18-647: 130 Larpenteur Avenue West;
RLH TA 18-662: 1579 Margaret Street;
RLH TA 18-648: 173 Prescott Street;
RLH TA 18-656: 1240 Rice Street;
RLH TA 19-XX: 984 Iglehart Avenue-delete for separate consideration; refer back to Legislative Hearing on January 22, 2019;
RLH TA 19-XX: 1888 Lacrosse Avenue-delete for separate consideration; refer back to Legislative Hearing on February 5, 2019; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
