Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services during June 15 to 29, 2018. (File No. J1902A, Assessment No. 198501)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 18-1367 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of June 15 to June 29, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 2, 2019 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 18-524: 819 Aurora Avenue;
RLH TA 18-562: 1151 Bush Avenue;
RLH TA 18-552: 974 Conway Street;
RLH TA 18-544: 1785 Hyacinth Avenue East;
RLH TA 18-541: 366 Jenks Avenue;
RLH TA 18-528: 1295 Marion Street;
RLH TA 18-525: 1355 Palace Avenue;
RLH TA 18-542: 1098 Seventh Street East;
RLH TA 18-526: 1803 Sheridan Avenue;
RLH TA 18-539: 1238 Third Street East;
RLH TA 18-591: 1509 Upper Afton Road;
RLH TA 18-538: 534 Van Buren Avenue; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
