Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services during June 1 to 14, 2018. (File No. J1901A, Assessment No. 198500)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 18-1366 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of June 1 to June 14, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 2, 2019 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 18-548: 1737 Carroll Avenue;
RLH TA 18-545: 59-61 Curtice Street West;
RLH TA 18-532: 939 Hawthorne Avenue East;
RLH TA 18-540: 837 Iglehart Avenue, aka 0 Iglehart Avenue;
RLH TA 18-565: 121-123 Isabel Street East;
RLH TA 18-529: 1415 Margaret Street;
RLH TA 18-530: 1388 Payne Avenue;
RLH TA 18-543: 1419 Randolph Avenue;
RLH TA 18-531: 1359 Sherburne Avenue;
RLH TA 18-535: 1095 Stinson Street;
RLH TA 18-546: 1725 York Avenue; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
