WHEREAS, Councilmember Dan Bostrom served on the Visit Saint Paul Board, and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Dan Bostrom has resigned effective December 31, 2018 leaving a vacancy on the Visit Saint Paul Board, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council consents to and approves the appointments, made by the Mayor, of Jane Prince to serve on the Visit Saint Paul Board, term ending December 31, 2019.
