WHEREAS, Councilmember Dan Bostrom was on the Saint Paul Port Authority Board of Director, and

WHEREAS, Councilmember Dan Bostrom has resigned as a councilmember effective December 31, 2018 leaving a vacancy on the Port Authority Board of Directors, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council consents to and approves the appointment made by the Mayor of the following to serve on the Saint Paul Port Authority Board of Directors:
