Inspector/Key Staff:  James Thomas for order and Tom Friel for notice

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Although we do not have a recent order to appeal, the 10/12/18 order is being appealed.  Legislative Hearing Officer writes: "Revocation occurred 11/14/18 (no reinspection on 10/24/18).  Act of revocation is appealable.  AMANDA did not run a letter on the 11/14/18 revocation." -rrn

Note, vacant building placard on house per appellant, but no VB file opened in Amanda. -MM
